    Available Monday to Saturday at 11am and 5pm.

     

    Starting from the San Lorenzo district, visit the local market and be amazed by its colorful stalls: from the seasonal fruit and vegetables to the butchery’s windows. Taste the local balsamic vinegar and truffles. Visit an historical bakery and taste the most traditional tuscan biscuits with Vin Santo, and learn all about its history and traditions. Taste fresh pasta from a family-run trattoria in the heart of the city and try the local recipes. Do not miss the chance to enclose this food feast with an artisanal gelato!

    This tour is the perfect combination of history and traditional food: in between the food stops you will also see the San Lorenzo Church – attended by the Medici family – the Baptistery, the Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral – whose huge dome can be seen from each spot of the city! The tour lasts 2.5 hours and it is led by a live guide. Join our small group tour and ask your guide useful tips to get the best out of your holidays in Tuscany! In the morning you will visit the local market, in the evenings you will admire the Ponte Vecchio by sunset.
